Deckstats Feedback / Re: Feature Request: API to sync decks
« on: September 10, 2018, 11:44:18 pm »
Hey Nils

Yea actually it would mean download all (or some of them) the public ones created by the deckstats users.
It could be a possibility to try to create applications that would search for decks that cover the own collection.

But if it's too much load to sync all those deck (maybe once a day during the night) than I can understand that ;-)

edit: Actually all the card information wouldn't be necessary if you're using the official card ids from the mtg-api. Then only the id and the amount would be sufficient.

It would be nice to have a public API to download the prefabricated (public of course) decks. One could try to analyse them or build statistics about them.

Cheers

Deckstats Feedback / Feature Request: Private viewable deck links
« on: August 03, 2018, 05:39:28 pm »
Hey there.

A cool feature (at least in my opinion) would be to create shareable links for decks but leave the deck private. So kind of an overwrite link.

The usecase is "simple": I create a new deck and want to talk about it with my buddy and fiddle around with the setting until it's ready to be released. So until then I'd like the deck private, but my buddy cannot see it.

A private view link could change this and would make the deck viewable.

(Even better collaboration?)

Greetings!

It would be even cooler, when you could use the same filters as in the deck builder. :-)

(Keep up the good work!)

Hey Nils.

What is the current state of this tool? Can it be made public or is it still under development?
And if so, can somebody contribute to the cause?

I'm a web developer and may be of help :)

Greetings
