I took it out of my decks with commanders less than 6 cmc and not my top power level decks and I'll never go back. Games are way more fun not having it.

Neat concept, though I'm not entirely sure what the blink focus adds.

If you want the fun mini game of getting Vecna, I would lean into tutors (sidisi, vamp/ Demonic tutors, Thalia's lancers, etc.) Could be fun even if you're not finding the artifacts.

I think dying to serve is not going to pay off enough and is cuttable, but most of the cards in the deck are pretty good top deck draws. I would start at the top & look at the highest cmc stuff to cut for ramp if you're just trying to thin and get faster plays.

Yes i understand that. Therefore by "this turn" you would have to have flash in order to cast a creature spell on someone elses turn to get the rakdos bonus.

The cost reduction only applies to the current turn and not a round so cards like Sulfuric Vortex wouldn't do this build much good.

Was just checking on the meaning of "this turn"

Vedalkin Orrery is great for this. Sometimes incidental Emrakul on opponent turns.

I think it's a good start for a trade binder deck. I think you should either drop the knight theme or lean heavily into it with 20+ knights. Look around and search decks here for other decks similar to what you're looking to run to get some ideas on cards to swap. But Good start!
