Seems cool for a fair looking Jhoira build. Just a few things that stood out to me:

Blazing Shoal, Maybe
catch someone off guard and get in that extra 8 dmg you need? Seems kinda cute for a two card investment honestly and usually not useful.

Archive Trap, Similar to above I don't see a mill theme or sub-theme here so the card seems out of place.

Undying Flames,
Eternal Dominion can be fun and powerful late game but I do not perceive a circumstance where you would want to cast this much less win from it without already being so far ahead for it not to matter.
4: Creatures, I recommend adding in some more fatties (Dragons and Eldrazi are popular) that you can suspend and then beat face with in all your extra turns.
