I actually didn't realize it was only a few cards from being standard legal. I think I'll make those changes

I actually think you're right. Really only made Kiora the commander because I've been going through a phase of trying to build EDH decks around Planeswalkers other than the current Legal as Commander ones. But Kiora was pretty underwhelming so I just replaced her with the Simic Ascendancy
