Problem now is that Gifts Ungiven is banned in commander,  but is frees up a slot for something else... maybe Impulse? Looks good to start tinkering, have fun.

Teferi Tefera Life Goes on

Current 'Budget' Teferi Stax. Very close to a lot of lists here. Some variations due to meta and budget:

• Multiple wincons due to rampant extirpates and the likes in my meta. Also a tad heavier on the creature control stuff. Again personal choice to combat certain decks in my playgroup.
• I obviously could do better with a Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Mishra's Workshop, Mana Drain, Timetwister and a The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale. But those are a bit above the budget.
• The primary reason I run the Dissipate versus one of those narrower spells (a la Swan Song), is because I mostly play this deck in 4 or 5 man multiplayer. Personal experience, might change as playgroup grows in experience and power. I'm still evaluating the counter suite a lot.

5 Reasons why YOU want to play Teferi at a casual EDH table:

• You still want to play a Blue deck before they ban Island in 2018
• You don't have friends or want to get rid of them ASAP
• You don't want to bothered with combat politics too much, heavens forbid with tapping things sideways yourself
• You're still banned in that one LGS since '94 because of your Winter Orb / Bonecranck deck
• You want to sit back, have a few cold ones and generally not paying too much attention till it's combo time
