How does this ideally play out? What order do you play things, what do you give priority, and how does your sideboard become useful? Expermient Ooze doesn't fit well into stompy if you ask me. Try to find some.morr ways to let +1/+1 counters roll with Pelt Collector and maybe find some toher cards to add in. Otherwise, this isn't bad at all.

I was thinking about that, but I ultimately didn't include it because I wanted to have a more creature heavy deck. I don't have anything for 4 Mana worth ramping too, so I think that while it's a good way to get fast Mana, it's not the way this deck should be doing it. Utopia Sprawl was definitely a contender though. I like Birds because it allows a flying blocker, something green doesn't get often, especially in mono decks, helping it live a little longer to Genesis wave for like, 15 or more. Thank you for the ideas though!

TRUE Mono Green Devotion (no red)

As a little Timmy power player, green has always been my favourite colour, so a devotion strategy seemed right up my alley. The fact that I can't find a single deck that doesn't have Ruric-Thar or Burning Tree Emissary is pathetic to me, because this is devotion to GREEN, not red. I made this deck to show how I feel it should be done.

Ideally, it goes like this:
Turn 1: Forest, Birds, pass
2: Forest, Steel Leaf, pass
3: Nykthos, Gigantosaurus
4: Genesis wave with all that devotion and just start to go crazy when you drop two Primalcrux and Omnath, or whatever else is in the deck

Sideboard is still up for improvement if you guys have any ideas, I'm new to this. Summoning trap is for counteirng blue, Heroic Intervention for removal decks, the wipes imo are obvs, and Sylvan Scrying is for land removal, because Nykthos is crucial, but is honestly the weakest in my sideboard if you ask me.

I'm open to discussion, I've playtested this amongst friends and family to nothing but success (we play on TTS)
