Really nice work, but you can improve the primer, these are few tips:
There are way more creature lands than 10.
Guildless Commons is a bounce land.
on fetches (or another tab) you should also include fable passage, prismatic, expanse, wild, etc.
you totally missed the ramp land tap with krosan, myriad landscape, and also ancient tomb, temple of ancient gods, etc.(even if they are not dual)

IMHO: too many 4cmc or grater creatures for collected company. I would switch it for Pyre of heros and create a better CMC graph to take advantage of the wizzard subtype.

1) deathtouch should strongly consider Vraska, Swarm's Eminence
2) since you have inkkeeper, why no Foulmire Knight ?
3)  Blacklance Paragon and Knight of the Ebon Legion really strong
4)  a must for recursion Call of the Death-Dweller
5)  a nice one Hired Poisoner ,  Vampire of the Dire Moon

I think Hardened Scales is a must. If you don't add it, think about 4x llanower elves
As budget options, I would like to recommend some new cards:
- Wildwood Scourge
- Voracious Hydra
- Renata, Called to the Hunt

also some old reprinted cards:
- Vastwood Hydra
- Genesis Hydra
- experiment One
- Hungering Hydra

+ Some possible sideboard option
Mistcutter Hydra

P.s. I don't know about the bolt. Are they really necessary in the main?

Nissa, Steward of Elements / kiora, the crushing wave / Tamiyo, Collector of Tales / Karn, Scion of Urza ,/ Vivien, Champion of the Wilds / narset partner of veils
Vivien, Arkbow Ranger can also be good.
They are not amazing, but stil better than divination
is ok to not put vitu-ghazi, but I think nissa, world shaker is a must include. (also, if budget permits, put 2x or 3x of krasis to refill).

I know the "combo" with rallying roar and sylvan awakening, but I think is not worthy. If u have a nissa on board, you can cast the sylvan awakening or just one land (you tap 2 lands, then untap a land with nissa, then cast and you also have a 5/5). So i think is better to put nissa instead of rallying.

if you really want to go with the combo, you can go the real combo with jeskai ascendancy and sylvan awakening
