Your signature Spell doesnt work, because in Oathbreaker your Planeswalker isnt a „Commander“. Its designated as „Oathbreaker“ at all times.
So you have to play for that spell.

Thrumming Stone is a must have.

And I decided to switch the Commander and to add more colors.
I'm not sure what Commander, if Niv-Mizzet, Parun (Carddraw), the new Velomachus Lorehold(For easy Approach casting), Karrthus, Tyrant of Jund (Haste is important)
To much colors aren't good for consistancy.

3 colors are to much, but I have to cut cards harder with to colors too. If you run 25-30 copies of Approach there isnt enough space for Jank (I like Jank)

But I played one game today, and it worked pretty well. Sunbird's is OP in this Deck. Used Approach 2 times, and casted it 7 times. Thats a lot of damage to all.

I like this card, and I will be tinkering with it more.

I have considered Leyline Tyrant but I have to choose the best ones. Leyline Tyrant is only good of you can Sac him or get him back. Other Dragons do more Damage with just ETB.
