Deck edited to fall more in line with play groups power level. To increase power add Grave pact and other such effects to attrition out the game.

Lo se. yo uso differente tierras para kitchen table magic y tournamentos. I know I use different lands for kitchen table magic and tournaments not that I play in any official events. Thank you though. Other than Seat of Synods not being legal I would be interested on your other opinions on the decks.

A few suggestions for your deck. You are missing out on some potentially good artifact ramp with Explorer's Scope, Expedition Map, and Sword of the Animist. You might also consider including some token generation so you could Path to Exile them for mana ramp and Chaos Warp them to potentially cheat something out at the best or mana ramp at the worst. I have also put together a Feather, the Redeemed deck that you might take a look at for some ideas.

There is also an elf sub theme that Joraga warcaller can exploit.

you are correct that Hallar's text only check/cares if a card has been kicked and not how many times that card has been kicked. This deck is a purposfully more casual deck that I am toying with as I have a 100% win rate amongst my play group. The deck is really a +1/+1 counter deck with razerunner, spike shot, and Hallar being bonuses.

You may consider adding some of the following cards.
Tendershoot Dryad for Saporling generation
Golgari Germination for Saporling generation
Necrogenesis for graveyard hate Saporling generation
Vampiric Rites for sacrifice outlet and card draw
Viscera Seer for sacrifice outlet and scry/value
Whisper, Blood Liturgist for sacrifice outlet and recursion
Creakwood Liege for token generation and pump
Reaper of the Wilds for scry/value
Skullclamp for card draw
Priest of Forgotten Gods for mana ramp, sacrifice outlet, removal, & card draw

Some food for thought you could replace Phyrexian Arena with a more budget friendly Underworld Connections. You may also want to consider Black Market as an amazing mana ramp option. My other thought is Indulgent Tormentor might be a good replacement for a number of your onetime card draw cards.

Do you think this is a mean deck?

That would  be really cool leonixious but I am struggling making less powerful decks because so far I have a 100% win rate with my decks and they tend to be too powerful for the power level of my play group.

I thought my roon deck was going to be weak and then I flashed exarch brutilizer in and out of the battlefield using strionic resonator and conjurers bracers on my eldrazi displacer to start tucking lands afrer I had effectively wiped the board with reflector mage.

I should also say this is probably not the best Zacama deck as it is something I put together in a few hours. I do tend however to continuously update my decks here as I make changes. My Muldrotha, Goreclaw, and Vial smasher are my most polished decks.

I am using Zacam because she is creature removal, life gain, burn damage, and artifact and enchantment removal on a stick. By using Zacam as my commander I don't have to build a lot of those things into my deck and can be more stompy than others. Gishath as a commander would feel super risky and I am not sure I would ever be able to get through with Gishath to utilize his abilities. this is very dependent on play groups.
