It would be a super handy feature if one could use deckstats.net to find out which cards in one's own collection is maybe one of the 571 cards on the "reserved list", cards which are supposed to be never reprinted again.

Perfect, looks great again :-)! Thanks for the very quick fix!

Just noticed that sometime within the last three days the Cardmarket.com price for Angus Mackenzie here on deckstats.net has dropped from 328.07€ to 85.63€ in the collection. I have set the set to "Legends" in the collection, so it should pick up the higher one but it looks more like it picked the "Legends-Italian" one. In the deckstats.net API JSON output I see that  "set_id" is (correctly?) still "9". But "price_mkm_id" somehow changed from "/Legends/Angus-Mackenzie" to "/Legends-Italian/Angus-Mackenzie" over the weekend without any changes to the collection from my side.

Is this some regression from a weekend's update of deckstats.net :-)?

Deckstats Feedback / Maybeboard: Allow linking a deck list?
« on: September 27, 2020, 04:34:48 pm »
I currently have a bit of trouble with using the Maybeboard:

* I don't see the prices of cards in the Maybeboard. So I don't know later which cards I added there as "buy later" or which ones I added because they would be awesome but are currently too pricey for me.
* I can't add subsections to the Maybeboard. Which would be super useful, as I often end up with many cards in the Maybeboard as a result of some brainstorming. Or which would be useful to overcome the first point, by grouping by prices. Or to group by "maybe yes" and "maybe not" in general.

On the other hand, a deck list already allows an unlimited number of cards. And subsections and so on. So I'm wondering:

Would it make sense to maybe scrap the Maybeboard within a deck and allow linking a deck of type "Deck list" as a maybeboard instead?

For managing cards between a maybeboard deck list and the actual deck, I could imagine a side-by-side view of these too just like the side-by-side "Card database" <-> deck view when editing a deck.

---

Just an idea. I would be curious what others would think about this and if this would suite their workflow with deckstats or not.

When removing all cards in a collection and then hitting "Save" results in the error message "Error: Please enter at least one card to save your collection.".

Which seems a bit unnecessary. And was even a bit confusing and inconvenient for me when I wanted to empty a temporary collection before importing a new deck list. Until I discovered today, that I can also emtpy a collection via Collection->Delete->"Delete cards only".

Maybe it'd make sense to just remove this check and allow saving an empty/emptied collection?

Deckstats Feedback / Tracking card price history?
« on: September 27, 2020, 03:47:03 pm »
Hi,

I really appreciate the ability here at deckstats to make a backup of my collection to my computer. One information I would love to backup, too, is the price of each of my cards.

I had a brief look at the API documentation of cardmarket/MKM and it seems that they don't want to export full card prices to everyone. Which is understandable, as that seems to be one of the valuable assets they get from running this site.

But I would love to at least keep track of my own, few cards.

Also, maybe some rescuing for Lurrus of the Dream-Den? He'd certainy be one of the first targets to destroy. And I only see a few cards which can make it indestructable or give it protection. Maybe some cards like these?

* Corpse Churn
* Aid the Fallen
* Brought Back

Also Alseid of Life's Bounty is a great card to protect. Might seem weaker than a Mother of Runes, but could be brought back by Lurrus of the Dream-Den while triggering an Impassioned Orator, Blood Artist, Cruel Celebrant, Corpse Knight etc.

* Unlikely Aid

Do you have any experience with how likely it is to use Ayli's second ability? I'm wondering whether it would make sense to have a bit less exciling and focussing more on life gain combos. Ajani's Pridemate or Knight of the Ebon Legion can grow over time. And those with an Unexpected Fangs should work like a charm to keep Ayli going. Also an Impassioned Orator with Ajani's Pridemate and Lurrus of the Dream-Den work great. Maybe even going for a Test of Endurance?

Hm, weird that deckstats.net counts this deck as invalid. According to the rulings of Lurrus of the Dream-Den this should work:

> You may have one companion in the Commander variant. Your deck, including your commander, must meet its companion requirement. Your companion is not one of your one hundred cards.

Looks like this site does not support companions yet?

Other than that, great idea :-). I was wondering which comanders might work with Lurrus of the Dream-Den as companion. And seems like Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim does.
