I personally just find it irritating, sure it's technically legal and I can't stop you, but in the case of toski/dockside which you mentioned, the opponent is denying you resources which you rightfully earned
my final thoughts are, sure it's legal, but please don't
I won't try and stop you from doing so but I would really appreciate if you don't concede to deny me something

One thing that helps me when making commander decks is creating custom subsections to organize my cards into different categories (such as ramp, card draw, removal, etc). It also makes it easier to decide which cards to remove, and helps you and others look through your deck more easily and make suggestions for changes.

Yawgmoth, Thran Physician: Black is all about paying some cost to get something else. Yawgmoth will have you forfeiting cards, life, and creatures. Be warned: it's very easy to make Yawgmoth stronger than these other decks, so make sure the other decks have some kind of protection.

Yawgmoth is definitely extremely powerful and maybe over budget if you are making decks to get people into the game, I would consider using Ayara, first of locthwain or asmodeus the archfiend, one is more of an aristocrats build and the other teaches the pilot to use their life total to gain an advantage.

Edit: both of these options are also pretty cheap, especially asmodeus.

Looks like I am still running Worn Powerstone (I know it enters tapped, but the 2 mana is attractive to me for some reason) and Mana Geode for the scry.

I use worn powerstone a lot, it just feels good in deck with a commander that costs 6 mana so you can play it turn 4.

I'm not sure why but when I type fast in a forum it seems to not register all the keys I pressed and often skips up to 1/3 of the letters, it doesn't do this anywhere else, is anybody else having this problem?

Also, I agree with Akira about the 'new'-marker being difficult to see, but other than that this update is great!

Greater good definitely seems like a good option, hadn't thought of it before.  The discarding worries me though since I don't have much that can bring stuff back from the graveyard if I lose anything valuable.

Discarding generally isn't that much of a problem because you will be drawing more cards than you are discarding allowing you to net more cards and the cards that you discard will be worse than the ones you keep.

You can also put Dimir Locket as a good Rock Artifact. Dimir Signet is good, but Dimir Locket is just as good and cheap. You can also sacrifice it to draw 2 cards. Just a suggestion.

Dimir locket is not as good as dimir signet, it is a fair bit worse in most scenarios, the difference between ramping on turn two and turn three is quite amazing actually, ramping on turn two feels really good because it allows you to play a good for mana spell on turn three, ramping on turn three often means you end up doing nothing until turn 4

Edit: The amount of incorrect information you have been spreading recently is getting a little bit out of hand.

Well, I did it.

I broke the habit of a lifetime and built a solid 8.

This is what you meant, right?
If I didn't have a throat infection I would be laughing pretty hard right now, I love it.

I would consider removing battering sliver for more copies of predatory sliver. Battering sliver is just way too high mana cost to be worth it.

Perhaps without Underground Sea? Because its price is huge. I gave a star and upvote, but I can't imagine many decks would feature it. Fine card indeed but way too expensive. Otherwise, the Surveil and Investigate mechanic are worthy main themes for an EDH deck.

Chavo

I would recommend you stop telling people to not include a card in there deck because it is "too expensive". different people have different budgets, and just because you don't own a card because of its price, doesn't mean they don't own the card or have a playgroup that allows proxies. Instead, give actual relevant feedback that can be useful too them, like improved card selection, not just making it more budget friendly, unless the budget card you are suggesting is better than the expensive card in their deck.

Edit: there are also other ways to play Magic that don't involve purchasing cards. ie. websites like Untap.in
