General Magic / can i play canadian highlander in modern?

i want to play it cuz me and friends have lost the same power lvl we once had, but when i chekked the list for cards in highlander it was only super broken vintage cards we dont have anyway.

so is there a canadian highlander list with more cards on it with lower power lvl that we could use to make casual decks? thx

the deck is about sucking resources out of the opponents with these cards: notion thief. plasm capture. aethersnatch. dark impostor. how do we make it happen? with these cards: wilderness reclamation. biomancer's familiar wich also synergises with spectral sailor dreamscape artist. and find // finality if you should lose biomancer's familiar or in need of a boardwipe. and chromatic lantern to make the deck flow right.

what's your thoughts?

the deck is about being instant speed and suprising the opponent, the deck so far:
- notion thief
- plasm capture
- wilderness reclamation

so i need some more cards that sucks ressorces, or if you have another good suggestion that isnt about stealing plz share

i found a card on that site that is pretty awsome with volrath its carnifex demon so if you copy carnifex demon with volrath then you can just keep paying 1 black and put a -1/-1 counter on all other creatures
