A few propositions for improving/completing this deck.
- Smothering Abomination: Same effect your commander has. Looks more like a win-more card to me. If you are afraid of losing Yawgmoth just add recurssion or an enchantment like Kaya's Ghostform.
- Ogre-Slumlord: I consider this card also as a win-more card. You need 5 mana to get this engine rolling and then you need to have some consistent sac machinery. In case you don't have enough to sac Slumlord is pretty pointless and in case you have enough to sac, you win with your Blood Artist/Zulaport....
- Plaguecrafter is a neat card by all means, but in this deck there is already so much sacrifycing going on. Are you sure you need it?
- Claws of Gix is pretty pointless. On first sight it looks interesting, because it creates another sac outlet, but the fact you have to pay 1 makes it unusable. Sure now and then you will get one life, but you already have enough sac outlets and you already have creatures as Zulaport Cutthroat and Blood Artist and Dross Harvester giving you live.
- You have a lot of recurrsion spells. Instead of Stitch Together consider Death Denied for more flexible use. I would remove Stitch Together and Phyrexian Reclamation and add Animate Dead and Necromancy. That would also work perfectly with your commander if he accidentally dies.
- To elaborate on the point above: If you add cards like Animate Dead and Necromancy you could add cheap tutors like Buried Alive. You deck could use 2-3 more tutors.
- I would remove Phthisis. But maybe you wanna keep it for diplomatic purposes. But I think it will just direct your opponents attention towards you.
- I love Dark Prophecy, but I always get the feeling it's somehow overkill. You will draw so many cards, but you already have so much card draw and damage effects on creatures dying. You really need this one? Grim Haruspex and Yawgmoth is enough card draw of this kind I guess.
- Mausoleum Secrets is a dead card on your hand. If you would have a lot of creatures, that you can sacrifice and stay in the graveyard, that card is a good tutor, most of your creatures have undying, so in order to use Mausoleum to assemble a combo you would have to kill combpieces. That makes sense?
- Contamination: lol
- Big Game Hunter: I see you wanna utilize madness, but I think your deck needs more protection for Yawgmoth rather than single target removal.
