I'll be cleaning up the land base and add some other mana sources, I actually just bought a Grand Arbiter Augustin, Imprisoned in the Moon and Authority of the Consuls but i'll check out the others too. Yes I have Jace but try not playing with him as much as my play group is more Causal than Competitive if you don't mind me asking what would be the other cards you'd suggest?

I would also think about Kabira Vindicator. My problem here is that you can't use him as mana sink (level up is limited to sorcery speed), and you'll have to invest a lot of mana to make him interesting. You have to pay 19 mana (6 of them white) for a 4/8 body that only gives +2/+2 for other creatures.

I was wondering try to use him as a late game mana sink to buff the other creatures, Question I have is once I level him up does he stay leveled or does he unlevel at the end of my turn?

I plan on buying anointed procession as I feel its a auto include in this deck but again budget wasn't allowing of it at the moment.

The sideboard is a lot of the cards I'm looking at for card draw trying to see what I can take out and put in. Also Budget is whats keeping me from a lot of those cards as of right now, I usually only do a $50 starting deck cost and slowly upgrade  as i play with it more.
