You'll be slaughtered incredibly easily by most other standard decks with such few creatures out. Especially if you draw nothing but islands, which is actually fairly likely to happen.

I really like this deck, it's simple and fast, but Gray Merchant of Asphodel doesn't quite fit. It's too costly and it has an effect which doesn't really work in your deck.

How are you going to get white and green mana if there's nothing to provide it...?
