Hey, just wanted to say a few things about your deck

I feel that you should have a little more creatures and not as many instants. Also, I'd recommend at most 20 lands, since your average CMC is 2.11. I have a few cards in mind that I feel would fit, but one you should add especially would be Ionize. I'll try to think of more cards and I'll list them when I come up with a few.

Izzet Luck and Burn Deck

I got this idea from Joey Moss (Bad Boy Gaming) in his video about his $20 budget zombie deck. I used the same cards except replaced the one card that made zombies into a card that could burn. (Sorry for not being original)

Thank you for your recommendations. I know that the deck would be better if it was Selensnya, but I haven't seen any mono white cat decks yet, so I wanted to give it a try.
