Deck Reviews / First Sealed Deck

Hello!

Been out of MTG since the original Mirrodin block, but the office are having a casual sealed deck tournament (War of the Spark), and I thought I'd give it a go since I've never played the format.

Unfortunately, my options were pretty limited. I didn't get much in the way of obvious win conditions, nor did I get any creatures with a power greater than four.

This is what I've put together. It has a few picks I'm not happy with, but it is at least coherent and I've tried to follow a fairly simple mana curve.
Unfortunate Sealed Deck

One card I am considering including is Burning Prophet, likely to replace Wall of Runes. I also have two copies of Nahiri, Storm of Stone.

I'd appreciate people's thoughts since I'm basically a new player at this point.

I was particularly enamoured with Evolution Sage, 2x New Horizons, 2x Courage in Crisis, 2x Centaur Nurturer, and Planewide Celebration, but struggled to find a best use of the cards (and Planewide Celebration is kind of expensive)
