The deck plays surprisingly well; this is intentionally my weakest deck because I tend to win a lot with my other decks, so I wanted a good ole fashion beat down that wasn't as strong as my Arcades. I don't have a non-budget version currently, I specifically picked cards to fit the theme of Vehicles and Fast and Furious and what not.
First thing I'd upgrade would be the land base: Shocklands for Bouncelands, Scry Lands or something nice for the Life Gain lands, and then replace Holdout Settlement for the new Tri-land in Ikoria. There's not many choices in vehicles and it kind of comes to personal taste. Daredevil Dragster and Demolition Stomper might be decent, I just prefer what I picked out. If you didn't care about strict theme, the second thing I'd change would be the Cleaning The Track (interaction) cards; Get your Path to Exile, Rapid Hybrid, Cyclonic Rift, etc.
If I had to cut/change 5 cards, I'd get rid of Dynacharge, Pia's Revolution, and Rally the Peaseants, drop a land somewhere, and maybe Traveler's Amulet (it's kind of nice with Kykar to spend 1 mana to get a spirit token). I'd throw in Arcane Signet, Sol Ring, two more draw spells (Either a Bident of Thassa/Reconnaissance Mission effect or Thopter Spy Network for tokens and draw) and then some anthem effect like Jor Kadeen or Tempered Steel.
