Other things that I forgot to mention~~~
Giving your creatures indestructible with cards like Frontline Medic, Ranger-Captain of Eos, Flawless Maneuver, and Unbreakable Formation can make your boardwipes much more devastating and help dodge your opponent's board wipes.

Odric, Lunarch Marshal is AMAZING and can make an instant impact without needing to attack itself. Thalia's Lancers can draw this (can also draw The Ozolith, Shadowspear, or any other legendary.)

A. Swinging with big creatures and straight up crushing everyone. Abzan Falconer, Abzan Battle Priest, and Bond of Discipline help with this. Consider adding a Phyrexian Processor to leverage your life total into large creatures.
B. Drawing Walking Ballista or Triskelion and winning with a combo.
C. Having a High life total alongside Felidar Sovereign or Aetherflux Reservoir.

Deck Strategy~~~
I made my recommendations around the following gameplan: Play small creatures that give life in tiny increments ( Soul Warden, Suture Priest, Soul Attendant, Healer's Hawk, Daxos Blessed by the Sun, Linden Steadfast Queen, etc.) to get a lot of Heliod triggers. Put the counters on Heliod himself, or on creatures that want to attack (focus on lifelink, flying, vigilance, and double strike). Cards like Twinblade Paladin, Silverblade Paladin, Fencing Ace, any flying creature, and Speaker of the Heavens love getting buffed. There are plenty of creatures in MTG that are ludicrously OP if you put some +1/+1 counters on them.

Cards like Sun Titan, Emeria the Sky Ruin, Emeria Shepherd, and Brought Back are great for recovering your creatures after they inevitably get removed. White has some good recursion, and this is a great way to get value.

Draw~~~
It's hard to have good card draw in White, most of the cards are expensive, either in $$$ or in mana cost. Smothering Tithe is fantastic. Endless Atlas is good in this deck too. Verge Rangers is pseudo-draw because it takes cards from your library and puts them into play. Mentor of the Meek is excellent with all of your tiny creatures. The Birth of Meletis is strangely good here, but it isn't true draw. Dawn of Hope is also a good card. I want to highlight Ranger of Eos because it can draw two of your creatures! Ultimately, improving your draw will cost $$$.

You have a good number of removal cards, but they could use upgrades. Use instant speed removal whenever possible: Swords to Plowshares, Generous Gift, Crush Contraband, Heliod's Intervention, Path to Exile.

You need more, at least 8 pieces in total. Solemn Simulacrum, Burnished Hart, Pristine Talisman, Sol Ring, Mind Stone, Knight of the White Orchid, and Thran Dynamo are excellent. Sword of the Animist is costly, but can be insane if it sticks around a few turns.

Lands~~~
You should probably run 35 or 36 lands. Plains are the best, as are colorless utility lands. Emeria the Sky Ruin is great, but pricey. Scavenger Grounds, Ghost Quarter, and Rogue's Passage are great. Windbrisk Heights is solid.

1: Hard Cut. Doesn't fit in the deck.
2: Soft Cut. Much better replacement cards exist, or you need help in other areas (such as draw and ramp)
3. Soft Keep. These cards fit with your theme. They could be upgraded if you want to spend the $$$, but it isn't a priority.
4. Hard Keep. Core cards of the deck or great pieces.
