Sweet deck! I have been thinking about building a superfriends deck, and I'll be following yours for inspiration. Anyway - my thoughts on the deck:

You have 2 Taigas, so only 10 cards to cut :)

I feel like 45 lands is a lot, since you have a large number of mana rocks. You could probably cut 3-4 more lands, so that you don't get flooded. You could even cut more and replace them with card filtering/cantrips like Sensei's Divining Top, Preordain etc.

Your superfriends package can be trimmed; I'm not sure you would consistently have lands in the yard for Wrenn and Six to return, and his -1 is really weak in this format. I also believe Ral Zarek does not have the support that he needs.

Mox Amber might be another cut, since it doesn't help you when you need it the most - you need to cast a planeswalker first. It could be better not to just cut it, but to replace it with a different mana rock.

I do agree with the Honor-Worn Shaku not being good enough, but again, I'd rather replace it with a different mana rock. The deck seems really mana hungry.

Flux Chaneller or Tezzeret's Gambit might be nice inclusions, have you considered those?

I was always interested in building a 5c dragon tribal deck, so this decklist was a good read. Have you thought about adding more protection for your creatures, e.g. Boros Charm or Eerie Interlude?

I would also recommend signets (Azorius Signet etc.), since they both ramp and filter/fix your mana for the mana intensive dragons.

Have you tried out Sarkhan’s Triumph? It allows for a toolbox approach while deckbuilding.

Another card I’d suggest is Thunderbreak Regent, it’s relatively low-costed and provides some “protection” against spot removal.

Nice flavorful deck! I believe it would benefit from more mana ramp. I would recommend adding cheap ramp cards (Izzet Signet, Rakdos Signet, Dimir Signet, Arcane Signet, Mind Stone), as well as higher CMC ramp cards (Chromatic Lantern, Gilded Lotus, Chandra, Torch of Defiance). Opt for mana ramp that gives you colored mana, since the deck is very color intensive.

I agree with Nabantius that ETB effects could be abused in this deck. Deadeye Navigator is the best flicker enabler in the UBR, Conjurer's Closet provides redundancy.
