I've played several rounds of 3 player EDH and discovered a few things.  I even won one.

1.)  3 Player EDH is still the worst.
2.)  The deck is lacking in two aspects.  Ramp & Graveyard stacking for Delirium
3.)  Get rid of the flavorful Flyer Removal.  More Hero's Downfall.  Less Gloomwidow's Feast.

Seems super aggressive.  Might be decent in a 1v1 but seems like most EDH occurs in multiplayer, which makes low power/toughness aggro tough to pull off.

Issues:
Armed//Dangerous is right out.  You can't play Dangerous due to the presence of a Green Mana icon.
This is true for Hide//Seek as well.
Now you could certainly house rule these cards in. Just keeping in mind that you will never be able to generate the mana to cast the other half of the card, since any green or black you generated would be changed to colorless as it is outside of your commander's identity. 

Some Potentially Weak Cards:

Skyknight Legionnaire - 2/2 flyer is a bit weak for EDH
Bomber Corps - 1 Damage isn't that much.
Nav Squad Commandos- For 5 mana and a card surely there is something better than a maybe 4/6
Boros Swiftblade - Dies to a 2/2



Cards to consider:  (These aren't necessarily top tier, just what sprang to mind.  Pretty sure most of them are cheap.)

Balefire Dragon - Probably replaces your Soltari Guerillas
Hoard-smelter Dragon - Power + Artifact removal in a can.
Archetype of Courage - Gives all your creatures First Strike.  Protects your Doublestrike guys from their first strike guys
Fervor - Gives all your Creatures haste
Battlefield Medic - Makes your creatures indestructible w/ Battalian.  Also slight counter to X mana spells
Guttersnipe - Deals 2 damage to each opponent when you cast instant or Sorcery.

Pax MacKenzie

Angus MacKenzie (General) says that there is no need of War. 
This deck is a Wizard themed EDH deck meant Primarily for Kingdoms play.
Focus is on support cards and selective stall.


Originally a Human Tribal deck, it sort of warped into something else.
It's currently a little over the 100 card limit.  I guess I need some help cutting/ making the deck more efficient.  I have most of the cards, but I've been over buying singles for EDH lately and I'd like to get some feedback BEFORE I buy this time.
