If the enemy isn't life gain then we simply accumulate artifact permanents then can attack without being blocked with artifact creatures given that the opponent doesn't have creatures with a CMC than our artifacts are not. Otherwise use one of the support artifacts to make the artifact creatures unblockable.
If the enemy is life gain then we make one of our commanders unblockable and stack buffs on them if possible. According to rules text Sakashima can deal commander damage even if he is copying another creature. So in this case we want him to simply copy creatures with big stats. Then we deal 21 or more damage with a single commander and win.
In both of these cases we don't like when there is a lot of removal of Rebbec. Whenever possible mitigate her removal by making her indestructible, hexproof/shroud, or make her an artifact.
There are some combos in this deck to make you unable to take damage, however those are just some nice flair in general. I haven't tested this deck out yet so I don't know how well it works or anything. Additionally, I don't play very competitively and am not a very good deck builder so some of
the general ideas might be complete misses too.
