This deck is trying to aggro you out quickly with infect or if that didn't work then use some dredge cards such as gurmag angler or
Tasigur, the Golden Fang for some overwhelming graveyard recursian

This deck is just creature hate as a deck this deck simply wont allow you to have creatures though this decks weakness is spellslinger decks. This decks win con is just killing your creatures than either swinging in with commander damage or by winning with cards such as revel in riches or blood artist. if you know of any budget cards that can protect this deck from spells then id is happy to hear that other than that is there anything you would change.

I've always wanted to do something like this but never knew how to pull this off. This deck would be really fun to play. I don't know about your budget but If your budget would allow it but if your able to afford it then id run emrakul the promised end all you would need is one changling in your graveyard and then you could cast emrakul the promised end for free.

I've had Raf laying around for a bit and I decided to finally get around to building this deck. I feel like this deck is a little bit stretched out for ideas and isn't focused enough. So what are your thoughts on this?

Thoughts. This deck is trying to get vizier of reme=erdies onto the battlefield a persist card and a sac outlet for infinite sacs for a ton of effect.
 I had to cut a couple of cards and I put them onto the maybe board due to budget.

i would suggest playing some cards such as slip through space artful dodge Distortion Strike  and  Aqueous Form . These cards can be equipped rielle, the everwise and enigma drake and crackling drake so you could swing in unblockable and take out huge chunks of your opponets life total.

This deck is based around getting cards into the graveyard and putting them onto the battlefield to swing at your opponents. Thoughts?
