I agreed with several of the suggestions, disagreed with others.  Found a few cards not mentioned to switch out as well.

Selvala made it in. -- I don't own but but it isn't so expensive that it'd be impossible for me to buy.
Cream of the crop did not. -- Doesn't seem like enough value, especially since other cards go on bottom.  If you arranged the top of library equal to power I'd have kept it.
Oracle, Mina & Denn stayed.  Azusa did not.   -- Oracle doesn't need card draw to make herself valuable since you get it every time a land is on top (40% of the time in this deck).  Mina & Denn produce trample if I'm struggling against someone too many chump blockers.
Garruk's uprising stayed. -- Still want the trample, there isn't a single creature in the deck that triggers elemental bond but does not trigger garruk's uprising.  Everything is 2 power or 4 and greater power.
Growing rites is cut.  -- Good reasoning, I'd rather fewer big smash creatures then lots of small like Marath was.
Decree of savagery cut -- same reason.
Rings of brighthearth stays so far.  -- I agree its the weakest but I think I want 3 copies of the effect, honestly I might play a 4th if it existed.
I cut gateway for now.  -- I don't own one and I wasn't super thrilled about it, but it does produce more mana than any other similar thing if you can get it turned on.  Maybe some games I won't be able to ramp with Svella.

There aren't enough instants that I'm really jumping to play atm.  I'm willing to take suggestions.

I do not have the snow lands for Skred, I won't buy them, and I don't want to proxy them.  Weight of spires is tempting but I want to try this other potential removal that I put in Spark of Imagination.

Commander's plate seems arbitrary.  The only relevant protections are generally white and blue and you can get those from sword of truth and justice plus have some proliferate and counter increases.  Juri isn't he only counter card as well.  I'd consider sword of war and peace for the same slot as well.

Some of the the "whenever ... dies" cards can be cut because you're playing a billion of them.

38 in the mana base seems really really high.  Easily make that 33 for some of the necessary cuts down to 100.

Claim the firstborn is too limited in commander.  Its cool that its a 1 cmc threaten but even with a lower manabase you'll be able to invest 3-7 in a better one by the time you want to use it. (7 being grab the reins).

I don't think you have the artifact base left to support Ghirapur Aether Grid.  It'll be nice if you're looping dockside extortionist with oversold cemetery but that is a three card combo.
