I was just thinking, a bounce deck would kill all of my enchantments. Do people bounce a lot? Maybe I should get some more removal instead of enchantments to control. Maybe some counterspells as well. I don't want to spread out too thin, though, trying to do everything. What do you think?

ok, thanks for the advice! I'll try to get one of those back in. I could drop one of the Martial law or one of my enchant creature cards like OTL or Arrest.

I didn't really mention it, but I have most of the commons and uncommons from RtR and Gatecrash. I have a few more rares and mythics that I didn't list as well, so if you think of one that would work let me know. I don't have any plainswalkers and I probably won't be buying any soon either.

This is my first attempt at a 3 color deck from RtR and Gatecrash. I don't have a ton of cards or a ton of money, but I do have all the cards listed and I can get a few more if they aren't too expensive.

This deck is made to be annoying. I detain/arrest/steal the other player's creatures and my NV specters play the opponent's exiled cards to give me card advantage. Alms beast, dutiful thrull, cloudfin raptor, priest of penance, and perilous shadow are all meant for defense. This is my first try, so advice would be very helpful and appreciated.

The cards listed as sideboard are not actually the intended sideboard cards. I just listed them to show you other cards that I thought might work well. You can tell me if you think any of them should make the main deck. (it was hard to take out Gift of Orzhova because they work so well with alms beast, so I would definitely consider adding them back.)

* I edited the deck and removed the few cipher spells I had and all of the unblockable creatures I had in. I decided to go with more defense and enchantments with the control instead of unblockable/cipher.*
