Those are both smart choices. I totally hadn't even thought about Winding Constrictor or Sporoloth Ancient, but they'd make great additions to the deck.

Phyrexian Dreadnought isn't Modern legal and you can't have an additional 4 Sundial of the Infinite in the sideboard. I would consider replacing the Dreadnought with some form of removal, possibly taking the Lightning Bolts from the sideboard. Good luck with the deck.

While there may be only a few spells that use generic mana in the deck, I found that Goblin Electromancer actually proved very useful in the playtests.
Stormchaser Mage is a great alternative though. I will consider it.

While it is true that she is capable of producing more tokens, she costs a whole two mana more. Considering I want to combo off as quickly as possible, if push comes to shove and I have to use a planeswalker for a token, I want to get that token ASAP. With Elspeth, Knight Errant I have a token a full two turns earlier than with Elspeth, Sun's Champion.

You aren't playing enough control cards. Remand and Mana Leak are both a must, as well is Path to Exile for spot removal. I do like that you use Supreme Verdict, but it might be necessary to add another copy or two. Also, I suggest that you cut green, unless you're willing to modify your mana base to more sufficiently provide all three of your colors using fetch and shocklands. Even if you do cut green, I would suggest using fetch and shocklands, Flooded Strand and Hallowed Fountain, respectively. Along the line of creatures you aren't doing so well either. Snapcaster Mage is great in UW Control, and so is Wall of Omens. Also, Restoration Angel appears in many UW Control lists. If you are looking to have a unique list you might want to use a few copies of Reflector Mage. Some overall issues with your deck include using too many one of spells, as well as using the wrong ones. I hope my suggestions help you out. Good luck, and happy deck building.
