If you're going for more control, you could also go for siren stormtamer for your one drop instead of thought bound, just mainly because you would be able to protect your creatures, and the only surveil cards you have are lazav, thought eraser, & sinister sabotage. (or replace Narcomoeba with stormtamer?)

Yep, you are right, i was trying the deck and narcomoeba is prety bad, maybe siren is a better option, ty!

The gameplan is oriented to mid-late game with this list, but ty, Thoughtbound Phantasm is a creature in surveiling decks, im thinking about making a space for this card, for have more reactions vs aggro decks like the new boros

Winding constrictor, wildgrowth walker are most of times your win condition, so maybe the playset will be the best option, and put the deadeye tracker in sideboard, the explore effect is so expensive in that card, thats my opinion

Emperor's Vanguard is so slow, 4/3 for 4 mana that only explore if you attack, they can use a removal  on him and you lose 3-1 mana, he only explore when he do combat damage, so most of times will be blocked and with no trample i think that is a bad card :/

Its better path of discovery than panharmonicon because  panharmonicon didnt make creatures to explore, and for the same cost i prefer path of discovery example:

Wildgrowth walker or winding constrictor dont explore with panharmonicon

I got a B/G explore deck and i love this mechanic, but i was testing it a lot and have some problems, its so hard to build a deck for this mechanic, because the creatures are so weak and slow at the start, the deck need to be aggresive in early or use cards that make you draw a lot and fill your hand again.
In addition, in standard actually exist fatal push, so if the enemy use it in early you will have problems.
I suggest you Driven // Despair for card draw - finishing with your huge boys, and if you want to suggest me something about my deck or colaborate building exploring decks answer me

Nice deck, but i think that you may have in sideboard some removals, like Golden Demise for Abzan Tokkens or Fatal Push / Vraska Contempt for medium-large creatures.

What do you think about Voracious Vampire (2B, Menace, give menace and +1/+1 until end of turn to another vampire) in this deck?
In my opinion with Bishop of Rebirth is a nice card.
