The best advice you can get right now would be to find a very specific strategy and build the entire deck around that. Are you trying to win by attacking with a lot of creatures as fast as possible? Or are you going to try to stall your opponent until you can get one giant bomb to finish them off? Once you have decided that, start taking out all the cards that don't directly help that strategy. (Updraft elemental and Student of ojutai are cards that can be cut right away.) Make sure you play 4 of each card that is a centerpiece of the strategy (Great Teacher's Decree is a really powerful finisher, and counter spells are very powerful for control)

I like everything about this deck except for the Path to Exile. In all honesty, you can just put another burn spell in there, and try to win before your opponent plays anything worth Exiling! Just my opinion, hope it helps!

Best advice I can give; try to make your deck JUST deal damage to your opponent. Cards like Dreadbore and Everlasting Torment are good, but they are dereailing your deck from the main goal of a burn deck, which is just to burn your opponent. I will brew up a burn deck using some of the cards you have in here and get back to you :)
