Hey I run a similar deck list in paper and I have got some cards you might want to consider adding

Auriok Champion- 2 mana soul sister that some run in the main board or side board. Its nice because of pro Black and Red and helps a lot against some creature strategies but a little expensive

Ghost Quarter- a lot of manabases in modern are greedy with their amount of basics and fetches and shocks. Having 4 paths and 2 ghost quarters and cut them out of a color or sometimes just be a strait Wastland or exile spell cause they have no basics left. Some downside to some double white cards but usually isn't that much of a problem.

Return to the Ranks- I run this card to help rebuild after Wrath and bring back a big board and gain some life. Now it feels really bad when they Anger of the Gods you but when they Wrath of God it feels great. I also run my own Wrath in the board to help against some creature match ups so it helps out then. Their are other variants but any recursion effect is nice

Windbrisk Heights- land card that can help out with temp to win you the game. When you play Windbrisk Heights it enters tapped and you hideaway a card (Look at top 4 and put one under exiled face down) then if you attack with three or more creatures you may play that card with out paying its mana cost. Now if you hidaway a creature  and attack with three creatures you can cast the creature before you do combat damage. So you gain life and can make Pridemates bigger for a little combat trick. Its also nice to "cheat out" one of your bigger creatures like Ranger of Eos or Archangel of Thune. The downsides being that your deck is a little bit slower due to the fact that the land enters tapped.

Secure the Wastes- now I run a two of Secure in my mainboard of my deck. Its a debatable include but I like having the fast increase in the amount of creatures at instant speed that can turn on my Ascendants

Besides Cards their are other entire variants of Sisters you might want to look in to like B/w ayli sisters and R/w Norin sisters which both have advantages and disadvantages.

Soul Sisters is a deck I know and love and get laughed by my friends who all play their tier one decks but it doesn't mean its not competitive deck. Almost all match ups are winnable some less then others though.

Control decks are hard to beat but are few in the current meta Electrolize is really good against your deck if you don't have and a honor out.

Combo decks are very hard to win against. You need to rush them down within the first few turns or try and hit 30 life and beat in with Ascendants.

Creatures decks are about even against you. If the game goes long your pridemates will usually get bigger then their tarmogoyfs and in the early game if you can reach the magic 30 life your Ascendants can beat in and sometimes your just have an army of flyers with an honor out that can win you the game.

Burn decks cry in the face of Soul Sisters. The only burn decks you should lose sometimes to is storm with the literal nut draw.

Specific decks
Tron- very bad match up got to kill them fast
Lantern- you can not beat a bridge game one your sideboard needs to address this
Infect- Mostly dead in the format thanks to probe banning but also a very bad matchup
Deathshadow- very good match up
Dredge- kinda weird haven't played that many games against it but the ones I played were about even. Your Board probably needs Rest in Peace or some graveyard hate
Affinity- about 60%/40% in your favor but still very easy to loose to a good hand

To Conclude
I hope I have been some help with deckbuilding strategies and different ways you can go. I have played Soul Sisters in modern for about 2 years now and it is positioned at a good place right now. I have you have fun with playing and mastering this deck.

You might want to put int ghost quarter or something for land destruction. It can deal with inkmoth nexus and disrupt the tron players

Thank you for the help. I have been going back and forth on "Squadron Hawk" but, I think I am going to go with out it because I think it does not match up well with the metta of modern as it stands. (If i do cut something for them it will probably be the "Secure the Wastes" and a Plains.) As for "Martyr of Sands" I will cut one "Ranger of Eos" to make the play set.
I have 2 "Auriok Champion" in the side board but, I might move them main board and add "Kor Firewalker" to the side board. If I move them main board what do you think I should talk out?
For the lands I thought about "Flagstones of Trokair" but I am not made of money so I went for a somewhat budget alternative "Windbrisk Heights". If I get some more funds
I will defiantly add them. Also do you think i should cut 2 plains for 2 more "Ghost Quarters"?
Finally thank you for the advice I really do appreciate it.

I would consider putting phantom general in the deck for more +1s on your tokens and  Whats with the flooded strands? Overall looks like a nice deck
