Yeah, that was my original plan, but thought about the land also. Thx for the explanation.

When exiling the land creature with essence flux, it will lose the counters apon exiling thus becoming only a 0/0 land creature
and can't be returned. Plus it also returns to its natural state of being a land and can't return
Even though wall of resurgence states that it's still a land?

Also if i essence flux a land creature, that would flicker the land right or would it exile it completely? It says return that card not creature....

What if i threw in invocation of saint traft for a late game win con in addition to my pumped land from wall of resurgence?

"Personally I think your deck would run faster if you took out the faeries and swapped them all with eldrazi displacer. Also adding retreat to coralhelm would help with the scrying and it also taps/untaps creatures with the landfall trigger. So really both the creature AND the enchantment I just mentioned balance each other out."

-I could use knight of the white orchid in combination with your idea of the eldrazi displacer and the retreat to coralhelm for better chance with landfall trigger. What'ts your thoughts about that?

Id use other colors if we still had fetch lands, but trying to get the mana right for the other colors would be tough, in my opinion.

Robort is right. I also want to bounce Wall of Resurgence to pump a land and use Halimar Tidecaller to make it fly for the win-con.

Enter the Battlefield

Anyone have ideas to improve my Enter the Battlefield Deck? It's a standard format deck.

Ok, so I don't have access to a lot of those cards, but i took some of the ideas and ran with it. What is your thoughts, Solarstellar?

Ok, so you have any suggestions on legendary creatures to replace prowess?

I'm not using prowess as a primary source of dmg; it's more of a backup if I can't draw into zurgo+hero's blade.

I like the thought of icy blast, bc it wouldn't be hard to pump a creature over 4 power and that would give me, basically, 2 turns to swing without any blockers with casting only 1 spell. That could let enough dmg though to end the game. Rush of Ice would give me an extra creature on the board (though its awaken cost) if I got in a pinch. So, would it be better to run those cards mainboard and sub burn or put them in the side?

I do have glint in the sideboard if they have heavy targeting spells. and I have some burn spells already. The reason for the build isn't for long term. I know there is a rotation soon, but I have a local tournament I'm playing in and I'm trying to bring something unexpected to the table.
