I like your deck I was looking at this combo but in a different form. Looks like some mana fixing would help and there are cheap ways to do it. Things like shivan reef would help also temple of epiphany's scrying would help cycle the deck. Abbot of keral keep, Monastery Swiftspear, and altar of the brood are some nice finishers . Trinket mage and drift of phantasms are something to look into so you aren't waiting around on your combo pieces, and ornithopter is a must. All of these upgrades would put your deck at the 20 dollar marker which is still really cheap. I love elves, they are fast and fun. So the suggested take outs are 2 Bramblewood Paragon,  2 Naturalize,  and 4 Lys Alana Huntmaster. I would replace those with 2 Immaculate Magistrate, 3 Ezuri, Renegade Leader, and 3 Elvish Promenade. That is just my opinion, it wouldn't change your curve and you have the mana ramp for it.

I could see a few raven's crime and blackmail in place of a few cards. Just my opinion though and what happens if they stabilize? Also doesn't Necrogen Mists  kind of hurt you if make past turn 4?

I play modern but I also play casual with my friends. In my opinion standard is expensive and you don't get value out of the cards you buy most of the time. Even modern is getting expensive though. Like I said find something and go with it and most of the time there is always a way around price.

Hate that people get on here and don't even talk about each others decks. So here is my advise to you. It looks like your deck is mostly standard cards, if you don't know what that means look it up, that being said stick to the format that is within your comfort and price zone. Pick one color if you are starting off two colors tops. Also see what you want your deck to do whether its Bash with creatures,Mill,Discard,Burn or a hundred other combos and deck styles. Once you figure out a color deck style and format look up other decks that are within those parameters. As for your deck look random lol sorry just don't know what to say. A buddy of mine has one of these kinds of decks and I think I know what might be part of your problem and that's quickness. Try to fit some of these in there  Windrider Eel,  Turntimber Basilisk,  Hedron Scrabbler, Adventuring Gear, Ior Ruin Expedition, Khalni Heart Expedition. Don't worry so much to the card draw as to the getting damage through. Always remember to have fun with it and to Game ON!

This is completely awesome! I've never even really thought about making a changeling deck so I'm going to throw some things out there and you can just go with what you want if you want. I see you have vampires in there so maybe add some more like captivating vampire, and vampire nocturnus. Also blade of the bloodchief feast of blood. I'm not sure how you feel about copy creatures but clone, Cackling Counterpart and Cryptoplasm might be useful. Then for the mana base maybe Drowned Catacomb, Dragonskull Summit, and Sulfur Falls. Nice budget discard I have a similar build. Things to help keep it budget but maybe push it over the edge are shrieking affliction, blackmail, the rack, raven's crime, funeral charm and megrim. Have fun with it too because people love discard decks lol and Game ON!

Defender Mill

Still needs a sideboard but its pretty fun. I wish it was faster but defenders don't really attack. I accidentally added in Wall of Blossoms in the original build not knowing it wasn't modern legal my bad lol. Any advice is appreciated!

Nice burn aggro deck but you really don't have that many burn spells in there which might delay the life link you are going for. Don't get me wrong there is not only a lot but also the right ones. Here are some suggestions to replace some things like Aurelia's Fury Deflecting Palm Manamorphose Ajani Vengeant Firemane Avenger Figure of Destiny because they don't seem to have the synergy that you think. Burning-tree emissary will help dump out your low drop creatures and or burn spell quicker and then just more burn to help control them and burn em dead like Searing Blaze Magma Jet Lava Spike Skullcrack. Your mana base is nice but with these new fetch lands being so cheap my might thing of investing in Wooded Foothills Bloodstained Mire and a couple of Sacred Foundry. Don't take everything I say to heart they are just suggestions and remember to Game ON!
