Put a -1/-1 counter in                                     Devoted Druid and untapped it. Tap                                     Devoted Druid
   
 to add one mana to your mana pool. Use the mana to pay for                                     Quillspike
   
 ability removing the -1/-1 counter also, giving +3/+3 to him. Repeat this process.

Combos:

Target                                     Devoted Druid with                                     Blossoming Defense. Tap                                     Devoted Druid 3 times and generate 3 mana and 3 -1/-1 counters on it. Use the mana and remove the -1 / -1 counters with the ability of                                     Tayam, Luminous Enigma, put all permanents with CMC 3 or less from your library into play. Repeat the process.
