You really need some defense, if you're committed to the 0 creature thing, consider Sun Droplet, Sphere of Safety or Propaganda.

splashing blue just for Forced Fruition seems bad, you should add some more blue like Propaganda or remove the colour entirely.

Shrieking Affliction might be an addition, Lethal Vapors too.

Seeing a good flash hulk deck is boring, seeing a bad flash hulk deck like this, is just painful.

Scrap Mastery perhaps, works as a mass sacrifice and as a reload.

No Decoction Module? The 3 modules together make a repeatable loop of +1 energy, a 1/1 servo, and a +1/+1 counter for 1 mana each time.

Extricator of Sin might be good for the combat damage part, since you're upgrading your 1/1s to 3/2s. also gives them vigil if you haven't found a one of the enchantments.

Rule of Law seems pretty bad because it effects you as well, and would lock you out of the game as well. Since you're running U/W, you could consider using Azor's Elocutors, more vulnerable but faster than Helix Pinnacle.

Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir might be a consideration since it blocks your opponents with knowledge pool but not yourself like rule of law does.

You should try to have a game plan or clear win condition and build your deck around that. Alongside the advice of soren841, you have several cards that are fairly weak with no visible reason to have them in your deck (Goblin Roughrider and Thundering Giant stick out as quite unnecessary cards).

You also have cards that are far less powerful than other cards that are available (not sure if you are building from cards you own IRL or not, but there are far better alternatives to Sip of Hemlock or Geist of the Moors).

Lastly, you should aim to only have 33-40% land at most really for a standard deck, and splashing a single blue mana source for a single blue creature seems unnecessary, you should either add more blue and have it as a more significant colour, or drop it entirely.

Not sure what your criteria for "mana rock" is since you've got Long-Forgotten Gohei and Blinkmoth Urn.

I'm not seeing how you get Gishath, Sun's Avatar out on turn 3, even if you go turn 1 - land, Kinjalli's Caller, turn 2 - land, Kinjalli's Caller, Kinjalli's Caller, turn 3 still leaves you 2 mana short of casting Gishath.

You're gonna need some tricks I can't see to get him out on turn 3.
