Always fetch only before playing Collected Company against these decks. However Ghost Quarter is not played in any tier1 in this meta, while Tectonic Edge is more used. Actually, against all the decks playing that card you have to side out 3 or 4 Collected Company, because it's not so strong; also you are very happy if they use Tectonic Edge on your Breeding Pool instead on the Mutavault, beacuse you can cast Collected Company in response, than untap and win.
