If you include Glint-Sleeve Siphoner and Aether Hub into your build I would suggest to play Servant of the Conduit over Drover of the Mighty. What do you think?

I think Goblin Electromancer is not the card you want here because you only have 7 spells with colorless mana.

Maybe Stormchaser Mage is an alternative...
