Deck Reviews / Decree of Silence (Casual/budget)

Hi,
I put together this deck. It should be a fun deck for casual play and also low budget build. Point is to make a lock with Rule of Law and Decree of Silence and keep removing tokens from Decree with Clockspinning and Power Conduit. Lost Auramancers helps to bring Decree ASAP (for I don't want to buy Academic Rector)
I created this core and then I thought how to survive till Decree is cast. My first thought was some life gain small creatures, but then I changed to a small enchantment engine, which ultimately power up The Sigil of Empty Throne. But I still think there is something missing.
