Okay, so first, you've got some less efficient cards in your deck:
-
Kozilek's Channeler - it's simply too slow, if you have 5 Mana to play him, there are better choices
+ for example:
Hedron Archive - I really like that card, it's just 4 Mana and in the later game if you don't need acess to more mana you can sac it for two extra cards
+
Conduit of Ruin - you should play that card more often, it's pretty awesome as it searches for other big creatures while making them cheaper to cast
-
Complete Disregard - it's not really bad, but I'd prefer
Titan's Presence or - my personal fav.:
Foul Renewal. These cards fit perfectly with Eldrazis and actually they're more powerfull as you usually have some badass cards in your graveyard or hand and
Foul Renewal especially also helps against decks with much removal
-
Transgress the Mind - it hits too less cards.
+
Duress /
Despise are still hitting more cards
Actually you should think about which cards you really want to play and put in these cards 4 times instead of using many diffrent cards once ore twice. That will make your deck more reliable as you always draw those cards you really want to draw.
Just question yourself: Do you really need 6 Removal-Spells or might it be better to use 4
Wasteland Strangler whose ability is as good as a cheap removal-spell? Is
Sire of Stagnation for 6 Mana as good as
Bane of Bala Ged for 7 Mana to finish? Do you really need an
Ob Nixilis Reignited to draw cards if you play
Fathom Feeder to draw and (maybe 4)
Conduit of Ruin to tutor your finisher? Do you really want to play such defensiv to play an
Tide Drifter or do you prefer an agressive game to use 4
Ruination Guide instead (or the other way arround)? Is
Ugin, the Spirit Dragon for 8 Mana worth to replace a massremoval like
Languish? Might it be usefull to cast
Shrine of the Forsaken Gods more often or do you prefer quick games so you rarely have 7 or more lands? How often is
Sanctum of Ugin triggert (is it worth to take an coloreless Mana)? Does
Sunken Hollow often enter the battlefield tapped or is it a worthfull colorfix?
You have to do these decisions by looking at the strategy you want to win. There are diffrent options and it's clever to keep diffrent ways open, but you need one direction to get the maximum out of your cards. And to make sure every card you draw does anything you want to.
