EDH - Nekusar Mindfrak
Commander - Nekusar, the Mindrazer
Let everyone draw... and then make them pay for it.
No mana rocks in this EDH deck aside from the Sol Ring which can provide a great boost early in the game. If possible use Thada to grab your opponents mana rocks. Don't plan on keeping them though. This deck should be returning all non land permanents to hand and making everyone discard their hand quite frequently.
Win conditions = Mill, Death through Draw/Discard damage, or Laboratory Maniac.
Warning, very effective for turning you into the Arch Enemy at the table.
