None of them is legacy compliant... For tutoring purpose, several cards are available, but less eficient :
- grim tutor, just costs $200...
- infernal tutor, but for good tutoring you have to cast it with a way to drop your hand or hands free
- diabolic intent, you have to scrifice a creature
- diabolic tutor, cost 2BB
- spoils of the vault, big life loss
- a few more I think

I think I will put some duress instead of Thoughtseize (yes, budget limitation ^^). Hymn to tourach might be a good idea, put 2 swamp may make the manabase too inconsistent.
