I'm guessing the blue mana is because this one still in construction, check my decks for similar builds for the combo, I have with different colors and different ways to use it (infinite scry/draw, infinite lives, infinite life drain, infinite +1/+1 counter on creature)

I'm guessing you can have a lot of problems with flaying tendrils and of course languish, i suggest you add something to draw and maybe something for later game
