all the replacements you did are ok, just a couple of things:
19 mountain
2 exquisite firecraft
3 shard volley
so no risk factors otherwise u would play to much 3 drops which is not good in a fast deck like burn

To stay in a low budget you can use cards like spark elemental, hellspark elemental, ball lightning, keldon marauders, lights up the stage, risk factor, exquisite firecraft, skullcrack, these cards are for sure better than shock, lightning strike, electrostatic field and viashini pyromancer and i would play not more than 19  lands.

i don't think light up the stage fits really well in this deck, if u exile bedlam or phoenix u probably wouldn't able to cast them.

Hey ceck my deck list on my profile, that is better than your version, first of all the canyon enters tapped and in an aggro deck you can't allow that you must be as fast as possible, second you cant play ruin raider unless you are able to gain life, otherwise you will probably kill yourself, third you must play lords 2 neckbreakers are fine and fell flagship as well. i think the problem of this deck is the mono color, 'cause there are lots good black vampires options (alm the veins as well like burn spell) and also stromkirk captain with is more better than stensia masquerade.

there aren't enough counter spells or something to have card vantage i think a couple of cryptic command , mana leak and think twice or ancestral visions could be interesting

a deck can't have a response for each kind of situation, in this meta there aren't so many cards that give you life and the wrath are a problem for each agro deck therefore you want to do more damage as possible before your opponent destroy all your creature. Deem worthy is a really slowly card doing 2 damage to a creature and draw a card for 4 manas is incredibly bad.

Maybe your are right about the incorrigible yought but an expensive card like the dragon could be a problem for having 1 or less cards in hand. Personally would play the lizard

personaly i think the lizard in you deck is a good card and incorrigible yought as well, i really don't like glorybringer because 5 mana make it an expensive card.
