This is my first attempt at a standard deck since playing over ten years ago. I'm looking for suggestions, weaknesses, and improvements.

Somebody will probably play you for fun in FNM but not competitively. As more sets are introduced sets drop out of standard over time. So the Khans sets will drop out of standard at some point, I do not know the specific timeframes. Best bet is to buy one of the intro decks for OTG for about $15, they come with two booster packs, and then as you play with it add duplicate cards of the cards you like and look for cards that boost what works well with the deck. There will be some people who have been playing for a while to get advise from at FNM. If you buy the fat packs for the standard sets they come with a book that shows ever ycard in the set and you can look at each card and determine what cards go well with what you want your strategy to be.

You missed battle for zendikar. Under set it will have the abbreviations (OTG, BFZ, ORI...) and then will have a (T2) if it is standard. Several of your cards are (TM) or modern so the deck would be legal for modern but not standard.

Just getting back into MTG after years of hiatus. Wanted thoughts on this deck. I cut some corners to make it cheaper.
