I understand Land Grant is free to cast, but what is it doing for you if there are no Forests in the deck?

The maybeboard is just a convenient list of all free spells I could find even if they aren't worth including. I'm pretty sure Patrician's Scorn is also unplayable as there are no other free white spells I could cast (within the guidelines of my deck) to meet its casting requirement.

Urza's Bauble is not pauper legal, unfortunately. It was only ever printed at uncommon. You're right that Bone Saw doesn't do much, other than act as a pseudo land, but there really isn't anything to replace it with, yet. Bone Saw itself actually replaced Will-Forged Golem because I found the added consistency from another "land" to be better than what was almost always a dead card. I found WFG to be too inconsistent to get out due to the high cost and the creatures-as-a-resource requirement. I used Sojourner's Companion in that slot while it was legal, but it died for meta-relevant, non-joke affinity's sins. Going back to that yet, Halo Hopper from MOM is looking like a possible replacement. It still suffers from needing creatures specifically as a resource, but it's half the cost and only one power less.

I like the idea. I'll take a good look at it. Off the top of my head, you need more 0-drops. They're effectively your lands, so you need at least 24. Maybe add either Spellbook or Darksteel Relic to your main deck. Also, take a look at more cards with phyrexian mana costs. I get what you mean, but there really isn't any other more usable card to replace it with. The remaining 0-drop artifacts have mana costs in the rules text, so they're literal do-nothings. The 0-drop Kobolds are just a free chump block. At least with Streetwraith you're deck-thinning to get at usable card instead of just drawing some filler card that serves no real purpose. If you have any specific replacement suggestions, I'm open to discussing them.

Every card in the deck can be cast without paying mana in one way or another. There are a few different categories:

0-drop cards. These have no inherent mana cost.
Phyrexian mana (circle bisected with vertical line). Phyrexian mana can be paid with 2 life instead of mana.
Cycling. Street Wraith has a cycling cost of two life.
Improvise. Tapping artifacts pays for the mana cost.
Convoke. Tapping creatures pays for the mana cost.
Affinity for artifacts. Cards with this ability cost 1 less for each artifact you control.
