  I have Meren of clan nel toth as well so I do have a few suggestions that might help this deck a little bit;

1) switch out the Gitrog monster with morkrut necropod. This way you have the choice of sacrificing creatures and not mandated to sac your lands. Believe me that getting lands can be tough in a commander game.

2) Go ahead an remove the zulaport cutthroat since he's the only ally in this entire deck. That card slot could be used for something else such as rabid bite (since some of your creatures have death touch). Also Since this is a graveyard themed deck you may want to focus on the delirium triggers from the shadows over innistrad set. They'll give you a good flow to the deck and help out since your graveyard will be loaded in no time. Also implementing self mill tactics with cards such as returned centaur or even returned reveler can be dual function creatures.

3) Try pushing for the Zombie/Vampire theme more with this deck and you'll have a larger selection of card usage as far as the synergies between Zendikar-Innistrad rotation goes.

I'll have your suggestions in mind, since I Been having some mana troubles, so I've been thinking about that.
Thanks! :)

What is your theme?  other than graveyard manipulation of course.    There is a lot of sac creatures but not so many token generators. You might need other sac outlets.  Have you played this in a group EDH setting or is this just an idea at this point?
There is not specific theme to this deck at this point. The idea is just to get some creatures that do stuff when they enter the battlefield and then repeat the effects over and over. And yes, in fact I've played in a 6 persons group, and won sacrificing everything with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord.
This is my first Commander deck (and my second magic deck, since I've been playing for a couple of months) so, yeah, it would have some flaws.
And sorry about my English, it isn't my first language.
