Sorin from khans was ok as it costed 4 mana, new Sorin is too heavy, and he has no sinergy with warriors

-2 stensia masquerade. You have not enough creatures enchantment will be useless if you control 0 creatures
-Nahiri, -Sorin, -Blood-Cursed knigt. it is not worth splashing white for planeswalkers who are too heavy for vampire deck and vampire that needs enchantment to be useful
You get more mana stabilisation
-2 dead weight. Card 100% not for mainboard, deals only with small creatures that have no abilities
-2 malevolent whispers. These cost 1 more mana for ability to madness it, totally not worth
+4 insolent neonate,+4 Heir of falkenrath. These cards are too good not to add in deck, they have evasion, enable madness and so on
+2 lose calm. They cost same as malevolent whispers but give the creature menace which is so much better than chance to madness it
+4 alms of the vein. Great card with madness

You can also add 1 call the bloodline if you really want to go wide for indulgent aristocrat counters or westvale abbey

bw allies play much more creatures and less removal spells/buff spells

get rid of dead weight and gideon's reproach

add kalastria healers, 1 more zulaport cutthroat, 4 drana's emissary and some bloodbond vampires

chief of the scale is bad idea for such an agressive deck just like brutal hordchief and everything with cmc 5 and more
another copy of arashin foremost will also be great, and more 1drops like tormented hero, dragon hunter, mardu woe-reaper
blood-chin rager gives all your warriors menace, 4 copies are essential
I would also suggest you 3 copies of butcher of the horde as a haste flyer is ideal to finish stabilezed opponent, which often happens when they have 4-10 health
