It's actually not in there for the second ability, just the first. With as much tap/untap as there is going on in the deck already, and given that there's quite a bit of top-deck manipulation in my meta, it's there to hose said manipulation and be a nuisance more than anything else.

It might not make it once I get the chance to play the deck a little, but for now it's staying in. Appreciate the feedback though.
