Cathedrals of War are great in a budget infect deck.  Make sure you get to 18 lands and 16 creatures.  Necropede is probably the next best budget creature to look at.  Cut the Become Immense down to 2 or 1 since you are lacking in Gitaxian Probes and Fetch Lands.  You should definitely cut down on Spell Pierce as 4 is a bit too much with a full load of Vines and Blossoming Defense.  Distortion Strike is also much better than Slip Through Space at around $2.  Good luck with Infect, it's super fun.
