What about swapping Tutors with Mastermind's Acquisition? Allow access to pretty much everything you'd need

Aaaah I totally forgot it. It's a straight upgrade, I haven't made it yet on my MTGA decklist as Rare are kinda expensive to craft and I haven't been in any cases where I thought to myself "I wished I could tutor from my sideboard". But yeah if you can do it, definitively replace it with Mastermind's Acquisition. I'm gonna add that to the description, thanks you !

Nop, but I don't think I'll find a nice one that go along with the deck ( Maybe Aether Hub, but I'm not sure it would be really relevant ), Glimmer of Genius is really good even without the energy because you can "dig" through the 4 first cards of your deck to get what you need.

Yeah, in fact from some advices and ideas people told me I started to build an alternative deck where I also removed red, turning in into a BG Undying deck : https://deckstats.net/decks/74071/614994-neverdying-bg?saved=1&lng=fr
 I started playtesting it a bit ( on Tabletop Simulator ) and it seems to work out well, even if I haven't been able to try some combos like Ooze Flux.

I like the idea but Bird of Paradise is kinda useless here.
