Have you thought of trying out manamorphose and goblin anarchomancer to go for cheaper wurms? It's an idea I just had today!

Cave of Temptation can be added to either Sac for spell or Any Colour :D

I would 100% recommend testing Merchant of the Vale over Insolent Neonate. I think Haggle will surprise you at just how good it is.

Also, you have a lot of Gurmag Anglers and not a lot of ways to really fill your gy quickly. You may find yourself paying 3-4 for each one. Just some observations :)

when do you think bouncing an island with active volcano will be better then countering a blue spell with pyroblast?

You're probably right. I like the idea of being able to hard cast wall if I need to late game, but primarily the plan is to reanimate it. I do think the flicker plan is really strong alongside rotting rats as it lets me lock my opponent out of drawing non instant cards for the entire game.

I really like this kind of tempo-y control list! Have you thought about running ephemerate over cloudshift?

With two mirran spy's on the board, you can go ininite on bouncing your opponents board. Every time you cast ornithopter, you trigger both spy's, and can target the same creature with both untaps, allowing you to tap, bounce their guy, untap, then tap and bounce your ornithopter.

You don't even need a counterspell. You just need to be able to deal 4 damage to Jace in response to Mana severance being cast and then you basically win. Now they have to spend 10 Mana to attempt the combo again.

Lol thanks for trying but I'll pass :) oathbreaker is a way better solution to me than that.

Just wanted to chime in that I don't generally like commander as it often just takes forever to play a game, but I have already built like 5+ decks for oathbreaker. It seems like a much faster format with the charm and flavor that commander brings.

One thing to note in reference to your comment about Mirrorwing Dragon and Docent of Perfection is that you don't cast the copies of the spells you create, so you would only get 1 wizard from any spell you cast targeting Mirrorwing Dragon.

That said, It's still a great way to build up a board presence to attack with! This deck looks crazy fun!

My wildspeaker uses crop rotation as his signature spell and I'm running tron lands because why not! It's ridiculous and amazing. Have you thought about going full toolbox like that? I feel like it might be a tutor to use than your current one as you can always cast it the same turn you cast garruk.
