I've thought about it. It's definitely in the running. I kind of feel like I have to keep him out if I keep Bedlam Reveler in and Reveler has the additional benefit of being a good reanimation for target the Scarab-God. All that said, I am certainly partial to Bolas and will never say never on that addition :). Thanks for the suggestion!

As I told him, I'm not intentionally posting each iteration here. I thought I had the problem fixed, but it may be a settings issue like MustaKotka suggested. In any event, since I can't get it to not post, I'll take the deck off of being public and delete the multiple entries here. Sorry any inconvenience.

Rai Tokens

Main Board:
-Rai Tokens uses a combination of regular token generation (via Legion's Landing, Angel of Invention, and Crested Sunmare), Embalm and Eternalize tokens (via Anointer Priest, Champion of Wits, Suncscourge Champion, Aven Wind Guide), and Saheeli Rai's second ability to create artifact creature tokens with haste in conjunction with Anointed Procession to create large and diverse token creature armies.

-This deck features a lot of lifegain (e.g. vampire tokens with lifelink, anointer priest life gain from token creature entry, sunscourge champion battlefield entry, and Angel of Invention's lifelink).

-Card draw is mostly accomplished through champion of wits, although Saheeli Rai contributes to selection of cards with her +1 scry.

-Threats are Angel of Invention and Crested Sunmare. As previously mentioned, there is a fair amount of lifegain, which means easy access to horse tokens. The indestructibility of horse tokens when sunmare is out creates a level of insurance against board wipes the likes of Fumigate. Angel of Invention synergizes in a obvious way by buffing creatures. This has the added benefit of extra cards and life when Champion of Wits and Sunscourge Champion come into play.

-Saheeli Rai adds a lot of value to the deck; while she isn't essential victory (indeed the deck so far stands on its own even without anointed procession, though games are harder fought without it), she does allow for extra life gain (sunscourge) and card draw (champion of wits), creates additional creatures to attack with to trigger Legion's Landing, and amplify board states for the win. The easiest illustration of a finisher with her is copying angel of invention. At minimum, this means optional extra tokens, +1/+1 to all your creatures until end of turn, and a 2/1 or 4/3 (really 3/2 or 5/4 bc you've copied another angel) with flying, and lifelink (never mind vigilance) that you don't care if it lives or dies. So that's 3 tokens you've created; if anointer priest is out, that's another 3 life. Of course if you even have only one anointed procession, that means two addional angels, 8 addtional tokens, and an extra +2/+2 buff to all other creatures. You get the idea.

-Removal includes Abrade, Cast Out, and Ixalan's Binding. Ixalan's Binding is particularly useful against targets like hazoret and the scarab god, Abrade is useful for early threats (Rampaging Ferocidon) as well as an answer to Gift decks and vehicles in a pinch.

- Other items from mainboard worth mentioning are Aven Wind Guide's obvious synergy. With all of these creature tokens being created, it's worthwhile to give them a form of evasion (flying) and a way to both attack and chump block (vigilance). Field of Ruin- answers scavenger grounds (hit it when they can't respond or force them to use it earlier than they want to), maybe in some cases an oppenant's adanto or azcanta. Vizier of Many Faces, serves to mirror my opponent's biggest threats in an effort to answer them, or it can function to amplify the effects of my side of the board. Need life: copy sunscourge, cards: champion of wits, flyers and buffs: the angel, an army of indestructible horse: sunmare. Of course, if it's being embalmed, the potential to make multiple copies exists and thus multiples of the various creatures on the board.

-Weak points include: grave hate, duress, lost legacy, anything that turns off life gain (rampaging ferocidon), removal of saheeli to some degree and removal of anointed procession to a larger degree

Sideboard:

Authority of the Consuls- answers being bum-rushed early on (ramunap red and the like)

Negate- Useful in an Approach match or other heavy control

Solemnity- answers energy

Gideon's Intervention- good for matches against spell heavy decks, especially Approach decks

Settle the Wreckage- answers creature swarms

Fumigate- second option for wiping

Oketra the True- is additional insurance against board wipes the likes of Fumigate and also can create additional board presence.

Cast Out- If I need to be able to respond faster, typically switches with an Ixalan's Binding
